分析了不确定度B类评定的主要特征参数——标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度、覆盖因子和扩展不确定度的计算方法,在LabVIEW 8.2的平台上实现了系统不确定度A类和B类评定,并采用该系统对光辐射测试系统的不确定度进行评定.结果表明,系统运行可靠、分析快速,能够满足误差自动分析的需要,提高了测试系统数据处理的自动化程度.
The definition of type A and type B uncertainty evaluation is introduced. The calculation methods of uncertainty evaluation for key parameters of type B, such as standard uncertainty, complex standard uncertainty, cover factor and extending uncertainty are analyzed. These parameters are calculated based on LabVIEW 8.2 and ~ An optical radiation measurement system uncertainty is evaluated on this platform. The evaluation results course indicate that the uncertainty evaluation system based on LabVIEW is reliable and applicable.
