With the development of big data, cloud computing and other technologies, the analysis of massive data and a more intuitive and comprehensive presentation of massive data information has become an urgent realistic demand. Information visualization analysis methods and tools in big data environment have become new trends and research hotspots. Taking the research of clinical medicine in China as an example, according to the advantages and disadvantages of different visualization tools and methods, this paper analyzes the visualization analysis methods of hotspots tracking and trend prediction in subject research area. In order to comprehensively and effectively analyze and track the main characteristics and research status of different subject areas, the paper discusses and summarizes a set of visualization analysis methods of research hotspots tracking and trend prediction.
