本文综合考虑我国制造业的环境技术创新能力影响因素，构建了环境技术创新能力评价指标体系，通过指标数值变化方法确定指标权重，对我国13个典型制造业行业2010年的环境技术创新能力水平进行了评价。结果显示，通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业、交通运输设备制造业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业的环境技术创新能力较强，最后提出相应对策建议。

By using value change of each indicator to determine their weights, this paper constructed the evaluation model of environ- mental technology innovation capability of Chinese manufacturing based on indicator value change, and evaluated the level of environ- mental technology innovation capability of 13 kinds of typical manufacturing in 2010. The results show that the environmental technology innovation capability of 3 industries are greater, which are Manufacture of Communication Equipment, Computers and Other Electronic Equipment, Manufacture of Transport Equipment, Smelting and Pressing of Ferrous Metals.
