根据某特殊用途电源车研究与开发的需要,针对研发的电源样车车载发电液压传动系统,运用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了车载发电液压传动系统的仿真模型,并进行了相关的试验;通过试验,验证了车载发电液压传动系统仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,对该电源样车车载发电液压传动系统的稳定性进行了仿真分析,同时研究了泵控马达调速系统的结构参数和运行参数对系统动态性能的影响。研究结果可以为该电源样车液压传动系统的进一步改进与完善提供一定的依据。
According to the need of the research and development of a power supply vehicle,a simulation model of the hydrostatic transmission generating system used in the power supply vehicle was set up by using the software of Matlab/Simulink,and the veracity of the simulation model of the hydrostatic transmission system was verified by some experiments.Based on the simulation model of the hydrostatic transmission system,the stability of the hydrostatic transmission system was analyzed,and the influence of the structure parameters and work parameters of the pump controller motor system on the performance of the generating system was investigated.The research results can provide some bases for the modifying and perfecting of the hydrostatic transmission generating system used in the power supply vehicle.
