沉降微粒再悬浮是柴油机排气微粒净化捕集及微粒采样过程中的一个重要现象。以管流中的柴油机排气沉降微粒为研究对象,通过建立的管流中椭球形沉降微粒团再悬浮静态受力模型,对管流中椭球形沉降微粒团再悬浮的控制因素进行分析,重点研究微粒团形态的变化对沉降微粒团再悬浮控制因素的影响。研究结果表明,沉降微粒团的形态、微粒团与壁面间的粘附角、排气平均流速以及排气管径等因素对管流中沉降微粒团的再悬浮具有重要的影响。通过研究,得到沉降微粒团粘附角、排气平均流速以及排气管径等微粒团再悬浮控制因素对管流中椭球形沉降微粒团再悬浮的影响规律。研究结果对于深化管流中柴油机排气沉降微粒团再悬浮及其控制的认识具有重要的意义。
The reentrainment of the deposited particle aggregates is an important phenomenon in the process of trapping and sampling of diesel engine exhaust particles.The reentrainment control factors of the ellipsoidal deposited particle aggregates in the pipe flow are analyzed based on the reentrainment static models of the ellipsoidal deposited particle aggregates.The analysis emphasis is the effect of the aggregates configuration on the reentrainment control factors.The calculation results show that the configuration of the aggregates,adhesion angle,average flow velocity and tube diameter have important effect on the reentrainment of diesel engine exhaust particle aggregates in the pipe flow,and the influence law of adhesion angle,average flow velocity and tube diameter are understood through the analysis.The results of this research have important meaning on the understanding and control of the reentrainment of diesel engine exhaust deposited particle aggregates in the pipe flow.
