着眼于接触角的滞后现象,采用唯象分析方法建立了滞后张力模型.对固.液一气三相接触线附近区域的流动进行了分析,研究发现,壁面无滑移条件是应力奇点产生的直接原因;根据前驱膜和夹带膜理论,提出了消除应力奇点的方法.在上述研究基础上,提出了基于唯象分析方法的壁面润湿模型.研究结果表明,壁面润湿模型的计算结果与已有的实验结果具有较好的一致性,能够反映接触角的滞后性及壁面性质对润湿过程的影响.应用建立的壁面润湿模型对壁面润湿过程的影响因素进行了分析,得出了液体黏度、气液表面张力和固壁接触线特征参数对壁面润湿的影响规律.
According to the phenomenon of contact angle hysteresis, a model of hysteresis tension was established by adopting phenomenological analysis. The flow near the area of solid-liquid-gas three-phase contact line was analyzed, and it was found that the setting of no slip condition is the direct reason for stress singularity. A method for avoiding stress singularity was put forward according to the theory of precursor and entrained film. On the basis of the above work, a wall wetting model based on phenomenological analysis was put forward. The results showed that the calculation results of the wall wetting model were basically identical with the experimental results, indicating that the wall wetting model can reflect the influences of contact angle hysteresis and surface properties on wetting process. The influence factors of wall wetting process were analyzed and the effect of liquid viscosity, liquid-gas surface tension and the characteristic parameter of contact line on the process of wall wetting was obtained by using the wall wetting model.
