已有的关于生态工业运作机制问题的研究是多角度且富有成效的,但总体说来,缺乏对工业系统生态化演进机制的关注,如系统的演进特征、演进状态究竟是什么,弄清这些问题有助于人们建立理性的工业系统生态化预期,进而选择有效的政策着力点.为了弥补研究上存在的不足,本文采用非线性演化模型对工业系统生态化的动力机制进行分析,系统非线性演化理论的基础是非线性数学理论,非线性数学理论是刻画现实经济系统中大量非线性行为现象的最有效的工具.研究发现:作为复杂的经济社会系统,工业系统生态化进程属于系统非线性演化,系统非线性演化所产生的“分岔”效应具有重要意义,即混合状态(生态型与非生态型以一定比例混合存在)是系统演化所产生的稳定平衡点.而系统单向收敛至一种平衡态(全部企业为生态型或非生态型)是不稳定和不现实的.为此,本文还通过比较研究的方法,应用马尔科夫线性演替理论描述了这种单向收敛于一种平衡态的工业系统生态化线性发展模式.最后,本研究所形成的结论将有助于政府科学、合理地制定生态工业政策.
Existed researches about mechanism problems of industrial ecosystem could be considered multi-viewed and effective. These researches, however, paid little attention to the evolutional mechanism of industrial ecosystem, such as what are the characteristics of industrial ecosystem evolution, and what are the systematic states during different ecosystem evolutional phases. Correct understanding of these problems is very vital and urgent to help people establish rational anticipation towards industrial ecosystem evolution and to help people choose effective function points of policies. To compensate the deficiency, this paper analyzed the impetus mechanism of industrial system's ecological evolution by adopting the method of non-linear evolutional theory, and the foundation of systematic non-linear evolution model is non-linear mathematics theory which can depict those generous and complex non-linear behaviors and phenomenon in a real economy system. The research has discovered that industrial system s ecological progress should be essentially attributed to system nonlinear evolution due to the reality of industrial ecosystem development, and the divergence effect of system non-linear evolution has much more realistic sense which means the mixture of ecological and non-ecological species exist together with a proportion structure is a steady balance, while the only and single oriented convergence balance that all enterprise would evolve into ecological or non-ecological type is unsteady. To explain this kind of system development pattern, we also adopted comparative research by using Markov-chain linear evolution model to describe the linear development pattern of industrial ecosystem that means single oriented convergence balance, and pointed out that industrial system's ecological progress under the system linear evolution thoughts deviates from the practice of ecological industry and is not realistic, and the research conclusion is very helpful for government to draw up the policies of ecological industry reas
