Creative enterprises are the newly-born forces of economic growth. Creative enterprises have a large quantity of highly integrated tacit knowledge. This paper studies the entire process of knowledge transformation and innovation in creative enterprises, and gives a detailed analysis of how creative members, initial creative ideas, learners, creative enterprises themselves, stakeholders and government influence the process.
