结合了费拉里解法、卡尔丹公式推导了二齿差摆动活齿传动的齿廓方程并分析了其几何性质。推导了二齿差中心内齿轮的齿廓方程,基于已得方程对曲率进行了仿真分析。讨论了不发生齿形干涉前提下,活齿半径的取值范围。讨论了传动比、活齿偏心距、凸轮理论廓线半轴长度及活齿半径等几何参数对齿顶曲率的影响。给出压力角随活齿架转角的变化关系,分析了几何参数变化对最小压力角的影响趋势。算法、几何性质分析及所得结论对该传动结构的几何设计等具有借鉴意义。
The tooth profile equations of central inner gear and geometry analysis of the two-tooth swing movable tooth transmission are comprehensively and detailed studied with ferrari solution and cardan formula etc.The curvature has been simulated and addendum curvature parameters trend are analyzed on the basis of the above analyzed.Using the condition of no interference appearance on inner gear'profile,the range of movable tooth radius is estab qlished.The comprehensive effects of parameters,such as the transmission ratio,cam's theoretic half-axis size and movable tooth's radius,on addendum curvature by the curvature formulate analyzed,identifying the relationship between pressure angle formula and the corner of the sliding tooth,according to which an analysis is made on minimum pressure angle features related to structural parameters.The algorithm,analysis and results presented can be used as the references for geometrical design of this type of geometric design and accuracy analysis.
