推导了凸轮激波滚动活齿传动中心内齿轮的理论方程及工作齿形方程,给出了齿形的曲率计算公式并对曲率沿齿形分布的特点进行了分析。以PRO/E软件为工具,对内齿轮齿形的几何形状、曲率分布特性及数控加工进行了图形仿真,相关结果对于中心内齿轮的分析、设计及制造具有借鉴意义。
We deduce the theoretical equation and working tooth profile equation of the central inner gear of a rolling movable tooth transmission using a cam with wave excitation, present the formulas for calculating the curvature of the tooth profile and analyze the characteristics of the curvature's distribution around it. The geometric shape, curvature distribution characteristics and NC machining of the tooth profile of the inner gear is simulated using the PRO/E software. The simulation results are useful for the analysis, design and manufacture of the inner gear.
