分析了凸轮激波滚动活齿传动活齿架的结构设计及加工工艺,设计的活齿架既要与激波凸轮及中心轮不干涉,又要保证活齿与激波凸轮及中心轮符合啮合要求,且能在活齿架的U型槽中有足够的运动空间。分析讨论了该传动装置中重要零部件如活齿架、激波凸轮、中心轮等的加工工艺。以PRO/E软件为工具,对中心轮工作齿廓的生成方法、中心轮实体仿真及曲率进行了分析。将各零件按需要的啮合关系装配了起来,并对整机进行了干涉检验,经检验各零件间无干涉,各零件的设计结构及尺寸符合预期要求。
It analyzes the structure designe of movable teeth frame and processing technic of am shock wave movable teeth transmission.The structure designe of movable teeth frame is needed noninter-vention with am shock wave and center wheel Movable teeth need to meet the necessity with shock wave and center wheel.Movable teeth shoud have enough movement space in the U canal.It also analyzes the processing technic of importment parts such as movable teeth frame,am shock wave and center wheel in the driving device.It uses the software of PRO/E to ansyse formation method of the working teeth profile, physical emulation and curvature of center wheel.All parts are assembled according to meshing relation of need and complete appliance are checked.All parets have no interference and the structure designe and sizes meet the anticipation require.
