贵金属纳米材料因独特的光电特性而广泛应用于表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)衬底的制备。SERS信号的增强很大程度上取决于衬底的形状、尺寸以及衬底与分子之间的吸附特性。分别概述了水热法、液相还原法、模板法以及纳米光刻法4种目前常用的贵金属纳米材料可控制备方法,并介绍了贵金属纳米材料的SERS增强机理。
Noble metal nanomaterials due to their unique optical and electrical properties are widely used in the preparation of surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate.SERS signal depends largely on the shape,size of substrate and adsorption characteristics between the probe molecules and the substrate.Four methods that currently used in the controllable preparation of nanomaterials are introduced,including hydrothermal method,liquid-phase reduction method,template method and nanolithography method.In addition,the SERS enhancement mechanism of noble metal nanomaterial are introduced.
