采用极化曲线技术、电化学交流阻抗测试技术、扫描电镜和X射线衍射法等方法,研究了模拟硫酸型酸雨pH值对X70钢在酸性土壤中腐蚀的影响.结果表明,模拟酸雨加重了X70钢在酸性土壤中的腐蚀程度.X70钢的腐蚀速率随模拟酸雨pH值的降低而升高,其变化规律与失重法测量结果一致.腐蚀产物以Fe2O3和Fe3O4为主.
The effects of pH value of simulated sulfate type rainwater on corrosion behavior of X70 steel in an acidic soil were studied by means of polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It is found that simulated rainwater enhanced the corrosion degree of X70 steel significantly. The corrosion rate of X70 steel decrease with increase of pH value of simulated rain. The variation of corrosion rate is the same as the result of that determined by weight loss method. The corrosion products formed are consisted mainly of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.
