利用极化曲线、电化学交流阻抗测试、扫描电子显微分析和表面能谱分析等方法.研究了污染土壤中微生物对碳钢腐蚀的影响。研究表明.由于硫酸盐还原菌的存在,碳钢试样在未经灭菌的污染土壤中的腐蚀速度远远大于灭菌后污染土壤中的。表面能谱分析指出.在未经灭菌的土壤中碳钢腐蚀产物中含有少量S,说明硫酸盐还原菌参与了腐蚀过程。
Influence of electrochemical impedan microbes on corrosion of carbon steel was studied by means of polarization curves, ce spectroscopy (EIS) ,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that as the existencl of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), the corrosion rate of carbon steel buried in unsterilized contaminated soils was higher than that of in sterilized contaminated soils. EDS results showed that sulfur existed in corrosion product of carbon steel in unsterilized contaminated soils, and it can be owned to the function of SRB.
