应用极化曲线法、交流阻抗技术研究了土壤湿度对X70钢在污染土中的腐蚀行为,结合电镜、能谱等手段对腐蚀产物进行表征,并对腐蚀机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:土壤湿度对X70钢的腐蚀影响很严重,在湿度为20%左右时,出现最大腐蚀速率。X70钢在污染土中腐蚀的交流阻抗谱未出现wavburg阻抗。电镜结果表明腐蚀产物表面出现明显裂痕。
The effect of humidity on corrosion behavior of X70 steel in polluted soil was studied using polartization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The product of corrosion was characterized by SEM and EDS, the mechanism was also discussed.The results showed that humidity affected corrosion seriously,when the humidity reach 20%, the fast corrosion rate occurred. Warburg impedance was not found. SEM showed that there was evident fracture on the product of corrosion.
