利用极化曲线、扫描电子显微镜、失重试验等方法,分析讨论了污染土壤的pH值在3.5~4.5之间变化时对Q235钢腐蚀的变化规律。综合各项试验数据得出,由于不同的阴极去极化机理,Q235钢腐蚀速度在pH值为4.0左右时降至最低。
The corrosion regulation of Q235 steel in contaminated soils with different pH values between 3. 5 and 4. 5 was studied by means of polarization curves, scanning electron microseopy(SEM) and weight loss testing. Due to different cathodic depolarization mechanisms, the corrosion rate of Q235 steel was the lowest at the point of pH value 4.0.
