在油气储运公司现有的地面数据库的基础上,应用现有地面数据中的设备运行信息、环境基础信息、地面设备设施的空间信息、监测/检测信息,管道(管体及防腐层)等相关数据,建立了地下管道腐蚀与防护数据库,在对检测数据进行分析处理、综合归纳的基础上,建立了相应的评估及管理数学模型,开发出腐蚀与防护信息系统的分析评价与预测系统。根据管线运行年限、防腐层绝缘电阻值、防腐层类别、管体状况、保护状况等检测数据及历史数据,运用趋势预测数学模型对管线防腐层老化趋势进行预测。根据管线、防腐层、自然环境等一系列情况和科学的评价方法,划分出腐蚀严重、一般、无(轻)腐蚀状况的管线沿线的带状图和区域分布图。通过Word报告对整条管线进行评价,为管线的日常管理及维修改造提供科学依据。

英文摘要:

Database of corrosion and protection of buried pipelines was established using datum in existence, such as information of equipments and environment, spatial information of facilities, information of testing and monitoring , and relative information with pipelines (body of pipeline and protecting coating). Mathematic model of evaluation and management was built on the basis of analysis and conclusion of the datum, and evaluation and prediction system for information of corrosion and protection was developed. The aging trend of the protecting coating of pipelines was predicted by using the mathematic model predicting the trend according to the running years of pipelines, the insulating resistance values and types of protecting coatings, the testing datum of the body of pipelines and protection. Based on the pipelines, protecing coatings, environment and the scientific methods, the band and distribution diagrams with different corrosive grades, such as severe, common, and no (slight) corrosion, was given. The evaluation of the whole pipeline was given by the word lecture, and the scientific basis was provided for the daily management and maintenance and reconstruction of the pipelines.
