为分析烟叶分拣装置中机架的振动特性,利用Workbench软件对机架进行了模态分析,提取了1~4阶机架固有频率和振型,以提高低阶固有频率和降低低阶振型模态位移为目标,优化了机架结构。仿真结果表明:支架梁的壁厚由3 mm增至5 mm,分拣装置的1阶模态固有频率由55.179Hz提高到66.641Hz,机架1阶振型位移由155.95 mm下降至109.1 mm,2阶横振型位移由176.53 mm下降至146.73 mm,提高了机架低阶固有频率,降低了低阶振型位移。该研究为烟叶分拣装置的减振设计提供了参考。
In order to get the vibration characteristics of tobacco sorting device frame,the model state of the device was analyzed by using the Workbench software. The inherent frequency and vibration model of the frame was extracted for improving its construction based on the aim of increasing the low-order natural frequency and reducing the low-order modal displacement. Simulation results indicated that if the thickness of the frame was added up from 3mm to 5mm,the first-order modal natural frequencies of the device increased from 55.179 Hz to 66.641 Hz,the first-order modal displacement of the frame dropped from 155.95 mm to 109.1mm,and the second order transverse modes displacement dropped to 146.73 mm from 176.53 mm.The natural frequency of the frame was increased and the vibration amplitude was reduced. The study provides a reference to vibration reduction design of tobacco sorting device.
