目的:探讨普瑞巴林对神经病理性痛大鼠行为学的影响。方法:建立大鼠神经病理性痛模型(CCI模型),取40只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分成4组,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ组为假手术组,Ⅲ组为CCI+普瑞巴林治疗组,Ⅲ组在术后第1天开始灌胃给予3mg/kg普瑞巴林,Ⅳ组为CCI手术组。分别于术前0d及术后1d、3d、5d、7d、9d、11d、14d以热辐射法测定热缩足反射潜伏期(Paw withdrawal thermal latency,PWTL),观察神经病理性痛大鼠行为学变化。结果:术后14d,Ⅳ组和I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组相比较,大鼠后爪的热痛敏阈值明显降低(P〈0.01);I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间相比,大鼠后爪的热痛敏阈值差异没有显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:普瑞巴林可以缓解神经病理性痛大鼠的慢性神经病理痛行为学表现。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Pregabalin on neuropathic pain of chronic constriction injury (CCI) rats.Methods:CCI rat model was prepared.Sprague-Dawley male rats (n=40 ) were randomly divided into blank group (I) , sham-operated group (II), CCI + Pregabalin group (III) , and CCI group (IV) .Thermal withdrawal latency was measured to detect the changes of neuropathic pain behavior in CCI rats on the day 0 , 1 , 3 , 5 , 7 , 9 , 11 , 14 after operation.Results:At day 14 after operation , the paw withdrawal thermal latency in group Ⅳ were lower than those in group I, II,and III (P0.01).The paw withdrawal thermal latency showed no significant difference among group I, II and III (P0.05).Conclusions:Pregabalin can release neuropathic pain in CCI rats.
