The administration system of military reclamation has been relating with effect of military reclamation and overall strategic interest of our country.Therefore,after studying on the developing process of administration system of military reclamation in the successive dynasties with making Han,Tang,Qing as representation,safeguarding the security of the northwestern borders was thought to be exterior factor for improvement of system of military reclamation.National strength and strategic focus were interior driving force of administration system of military reclamation.Diverse forms of military reclamation were important way to improve the administration of military reclamation.The summary on the dynamic mechanism of administration system of military reclamation not only riches the researching content of history of military reclamation,but also provides historical experience for BINGTUAN to reform and develop the administration system in Xingjiang.
