目的：了解我院围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况并对其合理性进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2011年1月—2011年12月出院的956例手术患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行调查分析。结果：956例手术患者预防性应用抗菌药物的有931例,抗菌药物预防性应用率为97.38%。预防性应用抗菌药物共涉及10类32个品种,使用最多的为头孢菌素类。不合理用药主要表现为无指征用药、选药不正确、用药疗程持续过长、联合用药不合理、未按药动学特征分次给药等。结论：我院围术期抗菌药物预防性应用存在不合理现象,应引起重视,加强管理,规范抗菌药物合理使用。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and rationality of the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in our hospital for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS： By retrospectively study,the case records of 956 patients discharged from our hospital during Jan.-Dec.period of 2011 were surveyed and analyzed with regard to perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics.RESULTS： Of the total 956 cases,931（97.38%） received prophylactic antimicrobials,which totaled 10 categories in 32 kinds,with cephalosporins used most frequently.The irrational drug use manifested mainly as antibiotic use beyond indication,improper choice of antibiotics,prolonged course of treatment,irrational drug combination and failure to follow pharmacokinetic feature-based divided dose regimen etc.CONCLUSION： Great attention should be attached to the irrational perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in our hospital,and it is urgent to tightening control on use of antibiotics to achieve standard and rational antibiotic use.
