对成都市主城区的餐饮业及农贸市场进行了抽样统计，研究了成都市餐厨垃圾的主要处理方式及对雨水口的影响，并统计了府南河河堤上雨水口末端管道管口污水排放情况，分析了餐厨垃圾进入河流的流量和特点，发现成都市餐厨垃圾的管理尚存在一定问题，餐厨垃圾对周边雨水口污染现象明显，餐厨垃圾进入河流的现象较为普遍。在对河流及沟渠进行抽样检测后发现：研究区河流和沟渠都受到餐厨垃圾不同程度的污染，而沟渠由于水量较小等原因，受到影响更为严重。

英文摘要：

Based on the statistic sampling research on the catering industry and the farmers market in central downtown parts of Chengdu,Sichuan Province, this article summarizes the main removing modes of kitchen waste in Chengdu and the effects on the gutter inlet,and analyzes the flow and water quality of waste water that flow from gutter inlet to Funan River. It becomes more common that the kitchen waste pollute the gut- ter inlet around restaurants and into rivers,which proves the government of Chengdu has poor management for kitchen waste. By sampling inspection of the rivers and draining ditches,the results show that the rivers and channel have been polluted by kitchen waste ,and the ditches get more serious pollution because of their low flow amount.
