面对当前西南山地城市所遇的复杂的灾害问题,从现代山地城市设计的视角,分析了其灾害问题的瓶颈所在。提出通过SWOTs分析梳理相关复杂因子,借鉴生态学分析方法进行多因子关联整合,建构“重点控制”与“局部引导”相结合的分级控制策略,综合多角度的城市设计途径和多平台架构的全程设计评价与管理,尝试探究山地防灾城市设计的相关研究方法,以期推动西南山地城市防灾规划体系的不断完善。
Facing up to complicated disaster problems of mountainous cities in Southwest China currently, this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the disaster problems in these cities from the view of modern mountainous urban design. It brings forward the methods as follows: arranging complex factors through SWOTs methodology, associating integrating multi -factors using ecological analytical method, establishing a gradation control strategy that combining "major control" and "partial guide", integrated multi-point approach of urban design and comprehensive design evaluation and management on multi-platforms. The paper attempts to explore correlative research methods of mountainous disaster prevention urban design in Southwest China, in order to perfect the disaster prevention planning system in these cities.
