快速城市化不可忽视的一个现象是促使我国山地城市环境与发展的矛盾加剧，灾害频发，而山地大学校园已成为山地城市综合防灾减灾体系中不可或缺的组成部分。以山地大学校园重要的应急避难场所——操场为研究对象，通过对重庆大学实例的调查研究，分析了校园建筑盲目建设和操场建设管理不当导致的安全隐患，提出了校园土地的合理利用与空间结构优化以及校园设施的合理建设与恰当管理等措施，以保障山地大学校园应急避难场所的安全性、可达性与有效性，进而促进山地城市的综合防灾减灾体系建设。
英文摘要：
High-speed urbanization lead to more and more conflicts between mountainous urban environment and development. Disasters come more and more frequently. Because of the limited land resources, mountainous campus becomes indispensable part in the mountainous urban integrated disaster prevention and reduction system. This article studies on playground, one of important mountainous campus emergency refugium. By studying the case of Chongqing University, it analyzes the hidden safety troubles caused by blindfold construction of campus buildings and inappropriate management of playground. It brings forward rational use of campus land resources, optimization of space structure, rational construction of campus installation and proper management, in order to gain security, reachability and effectiveness of safety construction of mountainous campus emergency refugium. It thus will promote the Construction of mountainous urban integrated disaster prevention and reduction system.
