用发酵法生产的红曲红色素作为天然食品红色素日益得到推广,但红曲红色素生产中资源综合利用率低,废渣排放,造成环境污染也是企业发展中的主要问题。采用原子吸收分光光度法对红曲红色素生产中发酵废渣中的微量元素、有毒元素进行测定分析,从微量元素的角度,为提高废渣综合利用率,变废为宝提供理论依据。
