目的：综述近五年经方配伍规律的研究进展。方法：通过查阅近五年经方配伍规律研究的文献,并对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果：目前主要围绕文献和实验两方面对经方的配伍规律进行了研究,文献研究集中于文献理论的整理和挖掘,实验研究主要集中于药理研究和物质基础研究。结论：经方配伍规律研究中应着重以物质基础为核心的综合性研究,并结合文献和临床研究的结果,才能全面深刻揭示经方的配伍规律。
