After consulting the recently literatures about microdialysis sampling technique and the research which has been done in our lab, the principle and advantages of microdialysis sampling technique were reviewed;and its applications in biopharmaceutical analysis were chiefly introduced. Microdialysis sampling technique can collect samples from extracellular fluid of the action site directly and effiectively, and has been an important tool for biopharmaceutical analysis. The prospects of application of microdialysis sampling technique is very wide in the field of biopharmaceutical analysis.
