为了使瞬态电磁干扰信号发生器在微机保护装置电磁兼容设计过程中普及应用,分别以高压直流开关电源、氢闸流管研制了电快速瞬变脉冲群(electrical fast transient/burst,EFT)发生器和以三电极场畸变点火球隙开关研制了浪涌发生器。实验结果表明,研制的低成本的瞬态电磁干扰信号发生器输出信号符合要求,可以在微机保护装置电磁兼容设计过程中做抗瞬态电磁干扰的研究。
Transient EMI generators is widely used in microprocessor protection devices" EMC design. EFT generator was developed, which adopted switching mode high-voltage DC power supply and used hydrogen thyratron as switch. Surge generator was developed by using spark global gap with triple electrodes as switch. The experimental results indicate that the developed inexpensive generators meet the requirements of design and they can be used in microprocessor protection devices'EMC design.
