真空触发开关(triggered vacuum switch,TVS)是大功率脉冲技术领域的重要开关器件之一,它的导通依赖于其触发极的触发过程。场击穿型TVS的触发根源在于场致发射,所以对触发源提出了特殊要求。为此,笔者研究了正负两种应用于场击穿型TVS的触发源,并且对触发源极性的影响作了讨论。结果表明,设计的触发源应用于场击穿型TVS触发成功率高,且具有较小的触发系统时延和较高触发精度。主电极相同极性下,触发源的极性对触发过程的影响并不大。
Triggered vacuum switch(TVS) is one of the important switch apparatuses in the pulsed power technology.Its switching-on is due to the trigger process of trigger pin,and the trigger of field-breakdown TVS is due to the field emission.So the special design for trigger source is needed.In this paper,two kinds of trigger sources were proposed for the field-breakdown TVS,and the influence of trigger pulse polarities was discussed.Results show that,the field-breakdown TVS can be switched-on successfully with a high trigger rate.It also has a short trigger system delay and high trigger accuracy.Under the same polarity of main electrodes,the influence of trigger pulse polarity to the TVS trigger process is little.
