随着面向特定应用领域的计算需求不断增大,可重构体系结构由于具有结构的灵活性和计算的高效性而得到广泛的关注,成为当前计算机体系结构研究的一大热点。能否准确地分析出应用领域程序的计算特征特别是循环特征对于能否设计出高效支持该领域应用计算特征的可重构系统有着至关重要的作用。提出一种面向可重构的循环特征分析方法,并且给出该方法的实现并根据该方法进行DES算法程序循环特征的分析。该方法对可重构系统的设计、编译优化、任务划分等问题都提供了简明直观的辅助。
With continuous increase of computation demands in specific application fields, the reconfigurable architecture attracts wide attention because of its flexibility in structure and efficiency in computation, and becomes a focus in current researches of computer architecture. Weather or not being able to accurately analyse the computing characteristics especially the loop characteristics of the programs in application region, this plays a crucial role in whether or not to be able to design a reconfigurable architecture which supports the applied computing characteristics of the region with high efficiency. We propose a reconfigurability-oriented loop characteristics analysis method, present the method implementation, and conduct the analysis on the program loop characteristics of DES algorithm based on the method. This method provides a concise and intuitive assistant for the issues in regard to the design of reconfigurable architecture, the optimisation of compilation, and the partition of tasks.
