目的研究茯苓粉与直压辅料的物理性质与压缩特性。方法对茯苓粉和直压辅料进行粉体综合特征测试并比较物理性质的差异,使用数学模型方法对压缩过程进行评价和分析,从粉体固结行为与机械性质等方面研究茯苓粉的直压特性。结果茯苓粉流动性较好,可压性一般,孔隙率-上冲压力关系和Heckel方程显示其直压特性与直压辅料有较大差距,但在高压力下可以直接压片成型。结论使用数学模型可较好地表征中药粉体的直压特性,物理性质与药物粉体的压缩成形性之间的规律性仍然需要明晰。
AIM To study the physical properties and compression characteristics of Fuling Powder and direct compression accessories. METHODS With Fuling Powder and well direct compression excipient as raw materi- als, the comprehensive characteristics of material were tested for the comparison of their physical properties. Mathe- matical model was used to evalue and analyse direct comparison process. The consolidation behavior and mechani- cal properties were determined in order to describe Fuling Powders' direct compression features. RESULTS The flowability of Fuling Powder was very good while compressability was poor. Porosity-upper-punch pressure relation- ship and Heckel equation showed that there were great differences in the compression natures of both materials. It could be directly compressed to tablets in higher press condition. CONCLUSION Mathematical model can be used to well characterize direct features of Chinese medicine powder. However, regularity between physical proper- ties and formability of drug powder is still need to be clarified.
