目的观察怀牛膝对去卵巢肥胖大鼠体重的影响并初步探讨其可能的机制。方法行双侧卵巢切除术制备去卵巢肥胖的动物模型,观察怀牛膝对去卵巢肥胖大鼠体重、摄食、血脂及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。结果双侧卵巢切除术后大鼠的体重、摄食量增加,总胆固醇(1℃)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和TNF-α均升高(P〈0.01)。服用怀牛膝后,大鼠第10天开始体重明显低于去卵巢组(P〈0.01),总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和TNF-α均降低(P〈0.05)。结论怀牛膝可以抑制去卵巢肥胖大鼠的体重增加,此作用可能与其抑制摄食,改善体内脂肪代谢有关。
Objective To study the effects of Achykanthis Bidentatae (AB) from Henan of China on ovariectomized obese rats and discuss primarily its possible mechanism. Methods Female SD rats were bilaterally ovariectomized as the ovariectomized obese animal models, observe the effect of the apozem of Achykanthis Bidentatae (AB) from Henan of China on body weight, food intake, serum lipid and Tumor Necrosis Factor - alpha (TNF - α) in ovariectomized obese rats. Result Compared with sham - operated (SHAM) group, body weight, food intake, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high dendity llpoprotein (HDL), low dendity lipoprotein (LDL) and tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF - α) increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) in Ovariectomized (OVX) group. Compared with OVX group, body weight is degrade manifest from the tenth day ( P 〈 0.01), TC, TG, HDL and TNF- α step down ( P 〈 0.05) in OVX + AB (OVX with Achykanthis Bidentatae) group. Conclusion Achykanthis Bidentatae from Henan of China can significantly inhibit body weight gain in ovariectomized obese rats. This action probably contact with it restrain rats'food intake and improve lipid metabolism.
