介绍了电测量技术中的共源测量技术,提出了一种传感器系统输入测量信号共源改进方案,解决了传感器在测量中容易出现的测量值不稳定、容易产生漂移这两个影响传感器稳定性的主要因素,较好地解决了增量式时栅位移传感器从理论到实践的关键技术问题。给出了两种传感器不同结构下对匀速位移测量的数据和图形比较。
