原有的基于变耦合系数变压器原理的时栅位移传感器方案在产生电行波的过程中,所得的电行波信号相对较小,而且很容易受到周围电磁环境影响。本文对利用光电技术和变电容产生电行波信号的方法进行了分析总结,进而提出了一种全新的电行波信号产生方法。
As for the former design of time-grating displacement sensor, based on the principle of the changeable coupling coefficient transferring to obtain the electrical traveling wave, the result shows the traveling wave signal is weak relatively and is easy to be disturbed by surrounding electromagnetic environment. Subsequently, two ways to produce electrical traveling wave based on photoelectricity technology and changeable capacitance are proposed. By analyzing and summarizing these ways mentioned above, a brand-new way to produce electrical traveling wave is proposed here.
