提出了一种基于Matlab傅立叶算法的传感器误差修正和补偿方法,将其应用于时栅位移传感器研究,借助于Matlab强大的计算功能实现时栅位移传感器测量的误差曲线分析和拟合算法,用低精度的机械加工实现高精度的传感器制造。
A method based on Matlab FFT is presented for error correction and compensation of sensors. The measuring error curve analysis and its fitting algorithm of time grating displacement sensor can be got with the great command calculation of Matlab,which carry out to achieve high precision with low precision machined components measurement . As a result the precision of the sensor is promoted greatly.
