以甲基紫模拟废水为研究对象,分别探讨了单独超声波作用和超声波/Mg协同作用下对甲基紫脱色率和COD去除率的影响。在超声波/Mg体系中通过改变镁粉添加量、超声作用时间、溶液p H以及超声频率从而得到最佳降解条件。结果表明,超声波/Mg体系对甲基紫降解效果比超声波单独作用更好,脱色率、COD去除率分别提高76.81%和75.41%。当甲基紫初始浓度为5.16×10-3 mol/L,镁粉添加量为2.0 g/L,溶液p H为3.50,超声频率为40KHz,作用时间60 min,脱色率和COD去除率能达到最高,分别为94.98%和92.77%。
The effects of ultrasonic alone and ultrasonic-magnesium system on decolorization and COD removal efficiency of methyl violet were studied.The optimum experimental conditions in the ultrasonic-magnesium system were figured out by changing magnesium dosage, reaction time, pH value and ultrasonic frequency. The results indicated that the ultrasonic-magnesium system was better than ultrasonic alone, the former decolorization rate and COD removal was increased by 76.81% and 75.41% respectively. When the original concentration was 5.16× 10^3 mol/L, magnesium dosage was 2.0 g/L, pH value was 3.50, ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz and reaction time was 60 minutes, deeolorization rate and COD removal reached 94.98% and 92.77%, respectively.
