板-袋收尘极板对微细粉尘收集效果的影响分析

为提高静电除尘器对微细粉尘尤其是PM2.5的除尘效率,以PM2.5三大来源之一的建筑粉尘为研究对象,使用1种新型电袋复合除尘器来研究它对微细粉尘的收集效果,用除尘效率来表征新型电袋复合除尘器微细粉尘的收集效果的优劣,通过分析收集粉尘的中位径、体积平均径、面积平均径、累积百分比等参数,研究了新型极板对离子风及收集效果的影响。结果表明:单一提高放电电压不能提高对微细粉尘的除尘效率,需考虑离子风对微细粉尘运动方式的影响;袋收尘极对微细粉尘具有较强的束缚作用,可以减弱离子风对收集到的微细粉尘的扰动,并且布袋良好的透气性也减弱了离子风在电场中所形成的螺旋结构流体的强度;新型电袋复合除尘器对所收集粉尘的累积百分比相对传统除尘器提高了12%~35%(对于PM2.5)及1%~43%(对于PM10)。因此,改变除尘器收尘极板的设计可以提高除尘器对微细粉尘的除尘效率。

英文摘要:

In order to improve the collection efficiency for subtle dust, especially for the PM2.5, and to weaken the in- fluence of ion wind on the efficiency of dust removal, we studied the collection effect of subtle dust by using a new type of electric bag composite precipitator. The dust collection efficiency was used to reflect the level of collection effect of the new device. Meanwhile, taking the construction dust, one of the three major sources of PM2.5, as the research object, we analyzed and compared the median diameter, volume mean diameter, area mean diameter and accumulative perception for the collected dust on the new type plate dust collector and the traditional one. Besides, the influence coming from the ion wind was studied. The results show that singly improving the discharge voltage of electrostatic precipitator cannot im- prove the subtle dust collection efficiency, and the influence of the ion wind on the motion of fine dust should be considered. Because of the strong role in binding of fine dust, bag collecting plate for the new type of electric bag composite dust experimental device can reduce the disturbance coming from ion wind. In addition, the good air permeability of bag has also weakened the strength of the helical fluid structure formed by the ion wind in the electric field. In terms of accumulative perception, the collection efficiency of the electric bag composite dust collector are increased by 12%-35%(for the PM2.5) and 1%-43%(for the PM10) compared with the traditional plate dust collector. Therefore, changing the design of the collecting plate can improve the collection efficiency of precipitator for subtle dust.
