本文基于弹性变形模型计算了准稳态“T”形法中热线与待测线间接触面的几何尺寸。在椭球坐标系下,建立了交叉圆柱间接触热阻的理论计算模型。利用准稳态实验系统,在100-300K温度范围内测量了交叉圆柱间干节点的接触热阻。结果表明,如果考虑热线弯曲变形的影响,理论预测得到的接触热阻与实验值吻合较好,且均随温度升高而减小。
Based on a quasi steady-state T type probe, the elastic deformation model is presented to analysis the shape of contact area between the hot wire and the test wire, and an expression for the complex thermal contact resistance is developed using the heat conduction equation in the ellipsoidal coordinates. The temperature dependence of the thermal contact resistance of a bare joint is measured using this quasi steady-state experimental system. Considering the bending effect of the hot wire, the theory agrees well with the experimental result, and the thermal contact resistance is found to decrease with the increasing temperature.
