提出了一种磁致伸执行器驱动的精密流量阀,该流量阀采用新颖的液压缸比例放大结构以提高磁致伸缩执行器的输出位移。论文针对目前磁致伸缩流量阀建模方法的局限性,通过分析阀的受力模型以及位移-阀口关系,得到电流-流量的数学模型,建立了磁致伸缩流量阀线性模型。最后,利用线性模型设计了流量阀的参数,并进行仿真实验。结果表明,磁致伸缩流量阀系统具有良好的开环特性,响应时间可达1 ms,具有控制精度高、响应速度快的特点。
A novel precise flux valve driven by giant magnetostrictive actuator is present in this paper. And a newly proportion amplifier structure used for the valve to enhance the output displacement of the giant magnetostrictive actuator. For the limitation of present modeling method, the mechanical model and the relationship of displacement versus valve opening has been analysed in this paper. Then a mathematical model of current versus the flow rate was given and a linear model of the flux valve has been built. At last, according to the proposed linear model the parameters of the flux valve were designed. And the results of simulation illustrated that the system has a good performance at open- loop condition,which response time can be less then 1 ms. The precise flux valve given in this paper has properties of high control accuracy and fast response speed.
