从悬臂梁结构动力学的角度出发,基于弹簧—阻尼—质量模型、磁致伸缩材料线性本构方程和法拉第电磁感应定律,建立了Galfenol悬臂梁振动能量采集器的输出电压预测模型,根据该模型搭建了振动能量采集器仿真系统,通过实验对所提出模型进行验证,仿真结果与实验数据接近,模型能够对Galfenol悬臂梁振动能量采集器的输出电压进行准确预测。
According to the dynamics structure of the cantilever beam, a voltage prediction model of Gafenol cantilever beam vibration energy harvester was presented in this paper. The proposed model was based on the spring-damper-mass model, giant magnetostrietive material linear constitutive equation and Faraday' s law of electromagnetic induction. Then a simulation system was established by using the given model. Finally, the proposed model is verified by experiments. The simulation results are close to the experimental data. The given model can accurately predict the output voltage of the Galfenol cantilever beam vibration energy harvester.
