超磁致伸缩式惯性冲击电机需以电流的锯齿波信号进行驱动,其运动定位精度取决于驱动电源的控制精度。为提高驱动控制性能,提出了一种基于Buck变换器的滞环电流控制技术,并对控制原理和开关频率进行了分析和计算。为了进行验证,开发了一台300W实验电源。结果证明,采用Buck电路结构的电流滞环控制方法,控制方式简单易实现,锯齿波电流跟踪控制效果较好,波形畸变小,能够提高超磁致伸缩式惯性冲击电机的运动定位精度。
The giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) impact drive mechanisms require sawtooth current to drive, and its positioning accuracy is determined by the control accuracy of the driving circuit. To improve the performance of the GMM impact drive mechanism, a current hysteresis control method was presented and an equipment was built. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed control method has a good performance on current tracing, the output waveform has less distortion. The proposed current hysteresis control method based on Buck converter can improve the motion control precision of the GMM impact drive mechanism.
