基于故障距离区间的混联线路单端行波测距

架空线–电缆混联输电线路发生故障时,单端故障行波难以辨识,无法直接用以定位故障点。为提升单端量测距的实用性,提出一种基于故障距离区间的混联输电线路单端行波故障测距方法。首先,利用基于单端工频量的逐段推演故障区段法,初步划定故障距离区间,并通过在线估算对端等值阻抗以确保所划定的区间的正确性;然后,分析划定的区间内的行波传播规律,构建故障点精确定位方法,针对区段连接点邻域内故障的特殊场景,提出连接点故障识别判据和故障区段判据;最后,通过剔除待辨识波头所在区间内的干扰波确保算法精度和可靠性。仿真结果表明,该方法测距精度高,不存在区段连接点邻域测距死区,通用于多段混联输电线路,具备较高的实用价值。

英文摘要:

The single-terminal fault traveling wave is hardly to be identified during the fault occurred in hybrid transmission line composed of overhead transmission lines and buried cables, so it cannot be used to locate the fault point directly. To improve the practicability of fault location method utilizing power frequency quantities measured at single terminal, a fault distance interval based single terminal traveling wave fault location method for the hybrid transmission line is proposed. Firstly, using single terminal power frequency electric quantity based piecewise derivation of faulty section, the interval where the fault point locates is primarily delimited, and the delimited interval is affirmed by on-line estimation of equivalent impedance observed by the opposite terminal; then the propagation law of the traveling wave within the delimited interval is analyzed and an accurate fault location method is constructed and then the criterion to identify the fault occurred at the junction point and the criterion for the faulty section are put forward; finally, the accuracy of the proposed algorithm and its reliability are ensured by rejecting the interference wave within the interval where the head of the traveling wave to be identified locates. Simulation results show that using the proposed method the accurate fault location results can be achieved, and there are no dead zones of fault location within the regions where the junction points of different conductor sections locate, therefore the proposed method is suitable for hybrid transmission lines composed of multi-sections of different conductors.
