传统风电场功率分配多以平均方式为主,未能充分考虑场内机组的个性信息。对此,依据机组出力特性与运行状态信息将场内机组划分为临界出力型、降功率出力型、低风速区型及高风速区型4种类别。在此基础上,提出以桨距角控制与转速控制2种调节方式为手段的风电场输出功率协调分配策略。相比传统方式,该策略充分考虑了各机组的出力特性与运行状态等个性信息,使风电场输出功率调节问题在经济性与安全性方面均达到最优化效果。通过所建Simulink模型仿真分析表明,所提协调分配策略能以较好的效果实现风电场输出有功功率分配的协调与优化。
Usually,the wind farm power is equally distributed to units without considering their operating conditions. Four types of wind turbine are classified according to its power output and operating state: critical power output,reduced power output,low wind speed and high wind speed,based on which,an output power distribution strategy of coordinative pitch and speed control is proposed for wind farm. It considers the difference between wind turbines and optimizes the output power distribution in economy and safety. Result of simulation with Simulink shows that,the proposed coordinative distribution strategy realizes the coordination and optimization of wind farm output power distribution.
