从旅游发展水平、经济发展水平、生态环境水平三个方面构建城市旅游化发展水平评价指标体系,采用系统聚类分析和耦合协调模型测度并分析浙江省11地市城市旅游化发展水平。结果表明：从城市旅游化发展的绝对水平来看,浙江省11地市可划分为最优、较优、一般和较差四种类型;根据城市旅游化发展的耦合协调等级,浙江省11地市可划分为协调、勉强协调和失调三大类。文章针对评价对象的具体情况,给出了推动城市旅游化科学发展的对策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper establishes an evaluation index system for a city＇ s up-to-tourist-destination-standard development from the three aspects： level of tourism development, of economic development and of eco-environmental development. It assesses and analyzes up-to-tourist-destination-standard development level of 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province by using hierarchical cluster analysis and coupling coordinative model. The results show that the 11 prefecture-level cities are classified according to their development into four levels, i.e., excellent, good, ordinary and poor. According to the coupling coordinative degree of up-to- tourist-destination-standard development of a city, these cities could also be labeled as three types： coordinated, almost coordinated and poorly coordinated. The paper, in accordance with particular situations of the 11 cities, gives some suggestions for promoting a city＇ s up-to-tourist-destination-standard development.
