In recent years,apoptosis has turned out to be hotspot studying within fields of life science and medical research.This study shows several normal methods to measure programmed cell death,such as morphology of apoptosis,biochemistry molecular biology,enzymology,immunology and flow cytometry,etc.It also makes brief survey for merits and limitations of these methods.
