Real-time quantitative PCR is a qualitative PCR technique developed on the basis of the nucleic acid quantification.The qualities to be more specific,less polluted,and highly automated.This paper reviews main principles,and detection and diagnosis in pathogens and tumors of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
