In this article, in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of intermenstrual bleeding, the author analyzed and summarized the pathogenesis of intermenstrual bleeding from TCM and pointed out that the basic pathogenesis of intermenstrual bleeding is Chongren Bugu, Rerao Chongren, the common cause of the disease is Shenxu Shicang, Pixu Shishe, Ganshi Shuxie.
