目的:探讨建立重力诱导的牙根吸收大鼠模型的有效方法以利于研究正畸治疗过程中牙根吸收的机制。方法:8周龄雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为传统方法组和改良组,每组16只。传统方法组(不片切下颌切牙)和改良组(片切下颌切牙)均以上颌两颗切牙作为支抗牙,采用100 g力近中移动上颌右侧第一磨牙。观察加力装置的脱落情况。并且在加力后第7天,将带磨牙的上颌骨采用EDTA脱钙,进行组织学观察。结果:加力第7天,传统方法组加力装置全部脱落,上颌右侧第一磨牙远腭根表面光滑,未见明显牙根吸收凹坑;而改良组未出现加力装置脱落的现象,上颌右侧第一磨牙远腭根表面可见明显的牙根吸收凹坑,牙周膜内可见多核破骨细胞。结论:通过片切下颌切牙以及施加持续重力能成功建立正畸诱导的炎性牙根吸收的大鼠模型。
Objective To explore an effective method to build an inflammatory root resorption animal model in rats induced by orthodontic for the mechanism research.Methods Total 32 SD rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into conventional group and modified group( n = 16).A force of 100 g was applied to move the right upper first molars mesially in rats of conventional group( not trim the lower incisors) and modified group( trim the lower incisors). The situation of devices loose off and resorption lacunae were observed in the two groups.And forced for 7 days,EDTA was used for decalcification of maxillae with molars,then the change of histology was observed.Results After forced for 7 days,the devices were all loosen off,the palatine root surface of upper right side first molar was smooth and no resorption lacunae in conventional group. While in modification group,there were observed that no devices was loosen off,resorption lacunae in the palatine root surface and multinucleated osteoclast in peridental membrane.Conclusion The rat model with inflammatory root resorption induced by orthodontic could be successfully established by cutting the lower incisor and applying continuous heavy force.
