在刀具前刀面置入微织构能够改善刀屑间的摩擦状况,提高刀具的切削性能。为了研究表面织构的置入对刀具的应力、变形等产生的影响,本文针对微坑阵列结构,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对表面微坑织构刀具的结构强度进行仿真。结果表明:微坑的置入在一定程度上降低了刀具强度,增大了刀尖变形。在本文的研究范围内,与微坑深度、间距相比,微坑直径对刀具强度影响较大。
Placing micro-texture in rake face can improve the friction condition between the cutting tool and chip,as well as the cutting performance of the tool.To study the effect of surface texture on the stress and deformation of the cutting tool,the structure strength of the surface micro-pits textured cutting tool was simulated through the finite element software ABAQUS in this article.The results showed that micro-pits texture,in a certain extent,reduced thestrength of the cutting tool and increased the deformation of the tool nose.Compared with the depth and distance of the micro-pits,the micro-pits diameter had a greater impact on the cutting tool strength.
