半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面大修或改造工程中.铣刨出的基层和面层废料若不进行回收和再利用,既浪费资源,又污染环境。本文将中面层铣刨料和基层铣刨料热再生后应用于大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层。首先,测定了回收沥青和集料的技术性能;其次,对再生混合料进行了组成设计;最后,重点评价了设计混合料中粗集料骨架嵌挤程度和混合料的抗水损坏性能。结果表明,所设计的掺加基层和面层铣刨料的热再生大粒径透水性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,满足高速公路柔性基层的技术要求。该成果为高速公路半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面的大修和改造提供了有益的参考。
In this paper,large stone porous asphalt mixtures(LSPM)with reclaimed asphalt pavement material(RAP)and reclaimed semi-rigid base material(RSB)by hot in-plant recycling are studied. Firstly, the technical performance of the reclaimed asphalt and aggregate is measured. Secondly,the composition of the recycling mixture is designed. Finally,performance of LSPM with recycled RAP and RSB is evaluated by experiment. The results show that performance of LSPM with recycled RAP and RSB is so excellent to satisfy the performance need of expressway base. Production of this study is beneficial to rebuild semi-rigid base of asphalt concrete pavement.
